I have very lousy memory..I think one if the interviewer tt interview my ds was Mr Tay Meng kiat whom is the Head of Department, Mathematics.. :scratchhead:Blur Dad:
Then stress for the boys also. All the interviewers name are listed on each room. You know who are they going to interview you. Would be the HOD, VP, P etc..
I kana cooked until gonggong also, only remember there was this Paul name as one of the interviewer for my DS. Just make a check at RI website, there is a Paul Lim, Head of Department, Leadership Development. Maybe that is him. -

The classroom/interview rooms are air-conditioned. I happened to stand for an hour in the buiding before realizing there was an aircon room that was open to parents to sit in. By then, DS already finished his interview!Bear in mind that this is the school your son will be studying in for 6 years, so greenhouse or not he'll have to get used to the environment.
Are the classrooms and halls in RI air-conditioned?

Please please tell me where is the room so that I can sit in aircon comfort while waiting for DS next week.

That is because RI know they are always the preferred choice. Just the name \"Raffles\" is enough to attract the top of the top.[/quote]but I think RI has take the DSA process v seriously as the interviewers are the p, vp and hod le... :udawoman: :udaman: .....no play play :nailbite:
I sort of agree to that.ngbrdad:

Not sure if same statement was asked. DS did not say so but he felt after the interview that HCI is a more welcoming school. Each group had a senior to chit chat with whilst waiting and the atmosphere was more relaxed. In comparison he thought waiting at the hall was like waiting to see a doctor -- everyone was solemn and quiet.
Based on the GAT process, RI was definitely less friendly compared to NUSH and NJC.
The students are very friendly and helpful but the staff members can be a bit more helpful. -

Yes, there was this room so call the waiting room, next to the first interview room where the P was in. When I was there yesterday, the aircon was not turn on.

It really depend on your luck. The interviewer and the sitting arrangment are pre-allocated. So who is going to interview you and where you sit, either left, right or center all are pre-arranged. So no need to rush.
I heard some boys are asked to play some games instead of interview in the room? Wow, first time heard that.
I also heard from my DS and his friends, that some groups would have a group discussion to provide answers to the interviewers.
E.g.One
The interviewer asked \"Can you tell me what you know about Leadership?\". Then no one know how to answer, waiting for someone to answer first. Then one boy, pro-actively said, \"This is a difficult question, can we have a discussion and provide you the answer?\" Then they went on to have a group discussion....
E.g. Two (another group)
The interviewer asked \"Can you tell me what you know about Leadership\"
Then no one know how to answer. The interview said, why don't you have a short discussion and tell me the answer...
Really interesting.....But not sure true or not. -
