Rec'd a 2nd email fm NJC on the Phase 2B interview...again something wrong with the date...this time lagi best....'pls confirm your attendance by 1 Jan 1970'...then when I log into NJC web, the letter says the interview is on 30 Nov 1999....Juz called them, they said the amended email is gg out now....aiyo, their system haunted by ghost or bugs??

Showing the difference in the IT system between government school and independent schools ?
Funding shouldn't be a problem.

The staff mentioned that the interview is on the same day as the day activity....also gd lah....settle it once & for all..

Postman brought 50% good news for us. DS was offered WL from RI. Better than rejection.

What is the chance of being offered a place in RI with WL?
Is there a ranking for all the boys in WL?
Does RI offered those WL based on PSLE result or SA1, GAT?

:congrats: to you. At lease your DS has offered a WL. Still there is chance. To what I know and base on last year result, RI offered those WL based on DSA ranking. The only issue is RI does not release the ranking position of those on WL. So it is quite difficult to guess. Also the number of students who awarded CO from RI and opt for other schools are very low. WL for RI has lower chance to get in as compare to other schools like HCI and NUSH.

A lot said that having a WL means a CO. I guess this does not apply to RI. Sorry, if I am too negitive.

If you do not mind would you let me know what is the result of your DS SA1. So that I would know where my DS chances. PM is possbile.

congratulation to you Sunflowermum...I think they have a grading system from the dsa process..so it would depend on your queue number from the dsa grading.. :roll:
