you got to read this thread from a number of months back.....there had been discussion on interview questions beforeHi All
How come no one would be dare to share what questions will ask the students in DSA interview part? Is it confidential or ......? -

Me think you have got your priorities right. Ideally, a pupil seeking admission thru dsa sholud have standards no more than 15 points away from cop.
No point attending famed schools if kids are struggling to keep up. Not forgetting all students have to sit for A-level exam.
What happen if a successful dsa applicant is actually more inclined for applied education or beter suited pre-U education thru O-level route? Wasted opportunity and time wasting just for a top school place.
Personally if a kid is unable to produce a T-score(mid-term) of around 245 and above, top schools are unsuitable for him/her. -

Those unsure best stick to O-level route, its safer. Alternatively, attend A-level results release day in one of the jcs and you will understand what i meant. -

Normally Has to Pay Fees, Irregardless of National Team Player or Not.
He is school team and placed 3rd in Inter school zone this year. Prefer to go Chung Cheng (Main), Victoria and Duman High but his result for SA1 is average. Any good comments ? Thanks.cutebaby:

Just use the total of 4 subjects x 0.75. More concern with people dsa thru sports. If academically is not even high average, they will face problems at yr 5 and yr 6.
Imaginre getting a mediocre A-level cert with no offer of uni places after having done his/her tour of duties for schools. -
Edureach:
LOL - I think your simple method of estimation cannot be used for most schools if that's the case. Bc i think my 2 older kids would have scores around low 200. Apparently the schools who offered confirmed DSa (not sports) did not look at it the same way either. I do wish they would practise showing results in primary school in percentile instead. More representative. Why will the schools NOT listen? Certainly they have all the statistics in place.phankao
