The dogs are chatting... telling each other what their owners' kids got for performing well in their PSLE. Rich parents nowadays are rewarding their kids with expensive stuff to encourage them to excel in their studies.

The first 2 dogs were shock upon learning that the child from the family of the 3rd dog got a S$25k reward, and stuck out their tongues.

I think CC did a fantastic job in creating a series of comics on education in Singapore. I hope CC continues to draw for his fans here. If the \"views\" in this sticky can reach 50,000 views, I will commission CC to do another series of comic strips with Learning Spree. All the best for the fantastic comics and the happy luffing. I was at the library a few days ago, and there were these 2 very annoying girls... talking (yes, talking, not whispering) and sleeping... despite warnings by librarian, and stares by fellow library users.
