Read about the $100 increase in Pat’s fees from the papers today.
Have they effected the increase already or they planning to?

My kid is with Pat's Claymore. I notice some discussion on catered food. I have not tried the food myself since the teacher didn't offer it to me haha... but what I understand from previous enquiry and a friend whose kids were in Pat's a couple of years back is that the food is cooked by their central kitchens located in some centres and they have their own chefs to plan the meals. I believe Claymore's food is cooked at the Mount Emily central kitchen. I have not checked in the last year so I don't know if this has changed to an outsourced provider. I thought the lunches looked and smelled really yummy based on the few times I have seen them.

Breakfasts tend to be simpler and I am not really sure where they are prepared.

If the food is really planned and cooked by inhouse central kitchens, I thought it would be much better than those cooked in individual schools by aunties.

Need some advice. I am thinking of putting my DS into Pat's Mt Emily within the next few months. He is 2008 baby, and there is opening available. I have read through this thread and the comments have been very helpful.

I was wondering now that some time has passed, how do the Mt Emily mummies now find the school? Are your kids happy? Are they learning? Are they learning Chinese? Do you like the teachers at playgroup?

- swim with which swim sch? i know it's at bukit merah pool right?
- art is by in house trs right? again gd? or it is just like their usual art done during class time?
