Local students will be considered based on their A level, IB or NUSH results. SAT does not come into play.
If you have SAT score , SMU considers above 1900 as good score . You may want send it to SMU directly from College Board website. It provides this service with minimum charge.Augmum:

My guess wd be 4 March so tt stds can go for course counselling on 5 or 6 March. Doesn't seem to make sense if results come out on 7 March and A lvl results are still uncertain
PLE is interesting... Is it a 3 or 4 year course?Augmum:

Fees are diff for med, lab-based degree and non-lab based
Pounds is now 1.97 and oz$ is now on par with sgd.
Some time back it was 2.1 and 1.3 respectively -

For US, everyone needs a SAT score, including US students. Maybe you are thinking of TOEFL? -

The first of its kind in Singapore, the new Politics, Law and Economics major will be offered by the SMU School of Social Sciences starting from 2016. This innovative major aims to prepare future leaders and thinkers with a deep understanding of global political and economic transformations and the legal frameworks and contexts within which such changes take place. Students will hone strategic and analytical thinking skills and seek innovative solutions to real world problems.
Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the major, graduates would be well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle multifaceted jobs in their chosen fields of public service, non-government organisations or industry. Possible jobs include careers in journalism, diplomatic service, foreign affairs, public service, consulting and research, amongst others.
The Bachelor of Social Science’s Politics, Law and Economics major consists of 36 course units, a 12-week internship programme, an 80-hour community service commitment, and a series of 7 Finishing Touch workshops. All areas of the requirements are pursued simultaneously throughout the four years.
