As far as i know, Chemistry is the compulsory science subject for all schools. So there won’t be any bio + physics combi in any school.

Pure Chemistry, is compulsory.

Your son / daughter can take
Either
- Triple Sciences or
- Double Pure Sciences,
depending on how he (she) has fared at end of Sec 2, overall.
Since Chemistry Is compulsory, Double Sciences will mean taking
Either
Chem + Bio
OR
Chem + Physics.
There Is NO (Bio + Physics) combination.
Why ?
Because
Neither Physics nor Bio can stand alone by itself, without the presence of their partner (buddy) Chemistry.
Even in (at) A-level, Chemistry is still compulsory, if u fall under Science stream, in JCs.
But if u are an Arts student at JC (A level), no need to take Chemistry anymore. -

With respect to the part in Bold, this isn't strictly true. Physics can stand on its own, with some combination of Math, F Math, or Computing (or a second Arts subject). I believe Bio has to be taken with Chem though, someone please correct if this is wrong.
But if u are an Arts student at JC (A level), no need to take Chemistry anymore.
For the O/SEC students, one can also take combined science (CCHM has added this via the post above). Likely, Chem is one of the compulsory Sciences here. -
Yes, u are correct.
Whether at Upper Secondary (3 & 4) or at Junior College (A-level), pure Bio cannot stand on its own. Pure Bio must be accompanied by Pure Chem, her buddy good friend, at all times. -

Chem is compulsory for express if qualify pure sciences in secondary schools. Correct me if I am wrong.
But I am not sure though, can one take Physics and Biology with Math in A level?
There is biomedical science or engineering in poly.
