Title: What’s with the numbers?
Just curious…
Understand MOE’s current policy to maintain pri school class size at 30.
While most schools listed the P1 Total no. of Vacancies with numbers divisable by 30, there were at least 3 schools having 10 vacancies short… CHIJ Kellock (200), Singapore Chinese Girl’s (200) & Maris Stella (320). Anyone with any idea why is it so? Is it intentional or what? Back-up plan for whatever unforeseeable circumstances? -

Here is another difference between Government schools and Government-aided schools. The Management Boards of Government-aided schools can choose to follow or ignore MOE's class size requirements. Most do follow. Some, as you noted, do not.Just curious...
