        DD school's percentage allocation as follow:
        CA1 - 30%
        SA1 - 70%
        Total - 100% } 30%

        CA2- 30%
        SA2 - 70%
        Total - 100% } 70%


        Final Grade: 30% + 70% = 100%

            They have CA1 and CA2. Heavy weightage is on 2nd half of the year especially SA2.

              For my DD's sch, the weightage of exams are broken down as follows:

              CA1 - 10%
              SA2 - 20%
              CA2 - 20%
              SA2 - 50%
              Total: 100%
              I believe most schs place the most weightage on SA2. What about your DS's sch?

                  Oral - 30 marks
                  Listening - 20 marks
                  EL Paper 1 = 55 marks
                  EL Paper 2 - 95 marks
                  ---------------------------------------------------
                  Total: 200 marks } 100 marks


                  CL
                  Oral - 50 marks
                  Listening - 20 marks
                  CL Paper 1 - 40 marks
                  CL Paper 2 - 90 marks
                  --------------------------------------------------
                  Total : 200 marks } 100 marks

                        I did not know that pic has such a heavy weightage.
                        DS is weaker in oral conversation.Do you have tips how to do well in this session if he hardly speak mandarin per se?thank you.
