That was my first impression of her via e-mail, too. Let me see how she's like on Friday. The Operations Manager (OM) plays a very important role, too, in addition to the principal. If the principal of the centre happens to be the arrogant type who refuses to accept feedback, OM is the one to go. If even the OM is arrogant, then, the centre might not be that suitable for us. The original OM of LV@NUS was very receptive to feedback. I got my points across to her during the chaotic period, and she actually actioned on it. That's why we are still with LV@NUS today.

I think that guy is called Amos, right? This type of answer sounds familiar. Good for you. Just because the lease is for 3 years doesn't mean they will not use \"other costs\" as \"reasons\" to increase the fee. Let's hope they do keep to their promise.
