A Section Head approach your boss and requested that they want A to work under their Dept… the boss did not agree but did not check with A as well…

Suddenly, this issue was brought up again as the boss felt that it might be better for A to move for better prospect.

A felt that status quo would be better as her relationship with the Section Head was good but might not be well if the relationship becomes ‘boss-subordinate’ and wants to seriously think about it. On top of that, the job will be totally different. Total change…

What do you think?
