        HIya All,

I am FTWM although my boss and company are very nice to let me work from home when I am not required to be onsite or not travelling 🙂 So I love my job obviously..
we have 2 kids, a boy who is 5 yo going to 6, and a girl who will be 2 by end of feb..

        Cheers
Hi all, didn't realise have this club, and were mostly in other threads. Glad to find this thread!

Wow nins, so envy sia... in my previous job, even though company has the policy and infrastructure for telecommuting, my niao boss simplyn refused to let us telecommute, not even once! He's a micro-manager and control freak so wanted all \"monitor\" us closely and demand we be in office.

Your company still have vacancies or not hahaha....

When my DC were in CC, I got my MIL to help. Unless you can knock off work earlier like 5.30pm, which still could be quite rush depending on the distance from work to CC/home.

Now that both in Pri Sch, I have no choice but to get a full time maid, who will fetch them from sch, give them lunch and "supervise" them at home.

I would rather be the one doing it, but can’t afford to quit…

Have any FTWM ever wondered what if one day choose to be SAHM, will you choose this route? What will you do to supplement some income as SAHM?

Yes. Here I am. My eldest going to P1 next year, can't decide to be SAHM or send him to student care. Can't make the decision.... 😞

I hv plans to turn Sahm when my child move on to pri 1. Same thing - the student care is a consideration. But I hv heard many horror stories about student care being a source of bad influence. Which is why the thought of converting into Sahm.
