Seeking feedback on Tinkerlab. Looking to enrol my P6 child in their June holiday intensive program, would appreciate feedback from parents who have children completed similar program.

Am also looking for one. We used to be at Science Buddies it got my kids v interested in science and I think that is v good but they do not focus much on exam skills. i would recommend Science Buddies for younger kids, the teachers are patient as well. But for exam focused kind, any recommendations?

Have you thought of Mindstretcher Bishan? I heard they are not bad for Science.

yes at the moment.
she did well in p3 ca1 (89.5). but grades drop a bit unless sa2 76, and p4 ca1 69.5
i really duno why. the teacher is gd n committed but i supp my girl just cant grasp so now i m steppg up myself by coachg her myself too.
i find that just cant rely on tuition, regardless of whc centre.
the child may hv specific misconcepts whc group tuition cant address.

Parents be warned about Mindstretcher. Sent my kid to the Braddell branch for 2 months and nothing but worksheets. If it’s a new topic, maybe teacher will teach for 30mins, then it’s doing worksheets & reviews answers. Then for several sessions, my DS said they just sit there for 1.5hrs doing worksheets and then maybe 30mins reviewing answers. If such is the approach, parents can do it themselves using assessment paper & answer key.


I took my DS out after 2 months. No use complaining. My friend also complained but the management doesn’t do anything.

How about Mastery Science? Heard that it is good in preparing students for PSLE. Any parents whose kids are/were in Mastery Learning Centre for Science? Appreciate your comments..
