anyone can intro me good science tuition teacher / centres in Jurong area?? Thanks in advance
My child is with Serena's Greenhouse in Jurong West. Google Serena's Greenhouse. It has a blog. They focus on answering techniques other than concepts. but they do not have many classes as they are not like other commercial centres. hence the classes are filled really fast by existing pupils.
Hi,
Is Serena's Greenhouse is exist? I sms and called her few times but no reply and she did not pick up calls.
Did you manage to contact Teacher Serena? The centre is still in operation. Sometimes the teachers do not answer the calls if they are busy. However, if you sms, they will reply. Alternatively, you can send an email to Teacher Serena.
The contact details are here:

I have introduced a few friends to the centre but if I am not wrong, they do not have vacancies for many classes.P6 classes are full since the beginning part of the year. Good luck! -
Hi, does anyone have recommendation for experienced private tutor for upper primary? (Bishan/Thomson area)
And also appreciate if any mummies & daddies can share feedback on smartlab@bishan. Thanks! -
Hi shaz,
Did u chk out Joanne whiz science near smartlab@bishan? -
Hi flametree,
I have not. Are they good? I saw a couple positive feedback on smartlab earlier in this thread so want to hear if other parents have similar positive comments.
We thought we found a good experienced private tutor earlier this year but she keeps changing & cancelling last minute. Wud prefer private tutor actually but prefer if he/she is recommended by friends or fm other parents from this website.
If anyone has good recommendation -private or group (Bishan/Thomson), please do share. Want to secure another before I stop current tutor. Thanks! -

Hi. As mentioned in my previous post, the experience i had with the teacher i had sent my kids over are great. My kids not only enjoy her lesson but also that she is very patient and can be quite strict as time. my boys are both quite naughty so she also cant always use the soft approach. My kids' result did improve over time and got better each time. I think its the method she is using bah. But I cant say for all kids. It definitely worked for mine though.Hi Adoncia, I am a new mummy here. Am looking for a science and math tutor for my 2 DD.
