My MIL says Lim Chee Guan has increased their price. If she doesnβt remember wrongly $45 (non spicy) and $48 (spicy) per kg. Sang Hock Guan is currently $42 and $45 per kg. If I donβt remember wrongly.
Yes, the one that Mrswongtuition is the one I mentioned earlier. Price has gone up (just went this morning) but still under $50 per kg. The chilli bak kwa has a nice kick. It's called Sang Hock Guan (shuang fu yuan).
OMG, that's the one my family eats every year! Never knew other people also like it.
My mom says it's even better than Lim Chee Guan or Bee Cheng Hiang. It stays soft throughout and the taste is heavenly. We bought LCG and BCH before and they are only nice on the day itself. Dunno why pple bother to queue at LCG.
deliberately drive all the way to AMK shuang fu yuan few days ago,
it was already priced at $50 for the non-chilli one.
Time flies !! That was last yr's posting.....
Current price for Shuang Fu Yuan is $47 per kg (sliced, non-spicy)....
No Q yet...( afternoon )
But i found it not as tender as last yr....though taste equally good.... -
sundaymorning:

Comparatively nice....but for me, not worth for the Q.....
Is there a Q now ?? -
Lin Chee Guan has increased its prize however, I saw long queues just now during lunch time.
