You have? Nice.. do share your finds with us. Who knows there are other options for other parents as well. Some extended programmes are optional and some are just as-is. Depends i guess. As for naps, childcare centres offer nap time. Kindergartens, nope. However, if you are indeed keen in an extended programme I would suggest you speak to the operator or teachers on how they work around this with young children who may still need that 40 winks. Usually children need lesser sleep as they grow older but of course no two children are alike. Just like how some mommies need more sleep than others. LOL! :rotflmao:
Rochester is new, right? I like new spaces. They are clean and bright and have new materials for the children. Plus when they first start, not too many children. Hee..

Hi all! My lil guy is 14.5 months, and I've been thinking of trying out weekly Montessori accompanied \"playgroup/classes\" to get exposure and see how he takes to it. Any recs for really good ones? Preferably near Novena/Newton OR Rochester (we're at both places quite often). Oh, and quality of teachers and environment is really important for me. :thankyou: Kam sia!

What I heard from my friend is that some experience teachers have left and they have some trainee teachers there. May be you should go and visit a few more Montessori school to compare. But you may be disappointed as there aren't many Montessori preschool in Sengkang.scg2907:

Hi there
have any heard of Great Beginnings at Joo Chiat?
The person IC Melissa seems like a very nice lady.
Place is homely and they don’t often turn on the aircon.
Only thing is not much outdoor activity.
