Crabs

Our favourite food is chilli crabs ! Anyone has good recommendation beside the AMK Ave 3 or Long Beach seafood ? Anyone tried the 螃蟹之家 ？

We have tried 螃蟹之家. A bit disappointed as the chilli source is a bit sweet. But the other dishes like prawn, fried rice etc are good.

so far I have yet to find any chilli crab that is to my liking.
All too sweet. More like ketchup crab rather then chilli crab. -

Theres Ghim Moh Road Blk 19 coffee shop, don't know the name, but its pretty good. Don't go during peak hours cause some regulars actually call to make reservation. Also, if you like it spicy or lesss spicy, can request.

PS: Ghim Moh Blk 19 is opposite Ulu Pandan Community Club. -
So far I think Long Beach really serve one of the best chilly and pepper crab in Spore. We used to be a jumbo fan but after tasting the crab at LB, there is no turning back. We just crave for it.
Recently we also tried a store called Seafood paradise at Pasir Ris Elias Mall. They have very nice crab bee hoon. -

hi MLR, thanks, must go try the Ghim Moh Road Blk 19. In fact somewhere near that area, Blk 30 something also has nice XO fish bee hoon. How nice to live in that area !!!! hahaha :shock: :love: -

That XO 鱼头米粉 is very nice... I just love the soup...
\"No Signboard\" Seafood also has quite good chilli crab... -
