Creative O

Creative teachers told us not to worry abt his academic. I Can't help being a KS parent. We send him to MMI English (fr Jan) and Berries Chinese (fr jun). For maths we coach him fr home. I think Berries is really very good. Now in P1, he has Berries and Mathshub.

Thousand apologies Fion & Gummy, didn’t realise there was PM for me until now (fonts too small).
My boy graduated from Creative and is P1 this year. He is full of confidence and very sociable. His Chinese has improved three folds. He even volunteered to return to Creative to help out and kept wanting to go back to visit the principle and teachers. So far in P1 the only problem is that he cannot move freely and is not used to sit in the same place for hours. In Creative, the children have so many activities to do and not restricted to one place.
My girl is in Nursery this year and is enjoying herself.
Creative concentrates on more hands on and emphasis is placed more on projects, planning etc. Though their teaching is rather unconventional but I can see lots of improvement in both of kids in terms personal development (making presentations, communication etc) and self confidence. Sadly though, a few good teachers have left the school but they have recruited new ones.
The school founder and principle personally teaches the PG. The teachers there are dedicated and I have the utmost respect for them. Please PM me again if you want to know more about the school. My only regret is my boy only started class in K1 but my girl will be there for the next 3 years : )
Cheers !! -
Hi Bear,
We also missed his friends and teachers fr creative. my boy even wrote down a list of his friends name fr ocean and put it in his pencil case. The only feedback received from his P1 teachers is that he is very restless. He is not used to the classroom concept with proper tables and chairs. But I guess he would have to learn. He had only came to know what is MARKS when he received his spelling results.
Envy that u still have a chance to go creative.

Hello Fion,
My girl teachers are still the old ones, so far I only met a new teacher. She is approachable and have 2 kids herself. A nice patience lady from what I can see so far. There are still quite a number of experienced teachers there. Another i like about the school is the environment, lots of spaces and greenery. -
Hi decided to send son to creative o after reading the feedbacks here…n today is the 2nd day of my son’s playgroup…what i can say is this school is awesome!on his fist day, the main 2 activities were water play and flour dough making. today’s was movement session. the kids enjoyed themselves so much and learned a lot fr the process! n i am surprised that the Jan intake kids are quite well behaved and independent, considering their tender age.(my son only got in in march cos he was not toilet trained.) my observation these 2 days are the teachers and aunties are dedicated and patient. School compound is big, and they have a big theatre! I am so glad my son is in good hands.

My 2 yr old son is still not toilet trained… cant send him to creative o yet!
roybn99: you really had to wait till hes trained before hes allowed to attend school? -
Hi, Caydenmummy, have you visit the school yet? Suggest you visit the school to know about the school. I almost wanted to register my boy for N1 next year but he is not toilet trained yet. They only accept when yr kid is toilet trained.

Hi there!
I was recommened by my neighbour to register my boy in Creative-O, she told me when you visited this school you will never think about others! I also read a lot good reviews from this forum and ready to register my boy there, but when I called the school, they told me no vacancy and the waiting list is very long and don't want to accept new waiting list :frustrated: .....
May I know normally how long need to wait? My boy is 2009 year one!
