Augmum, I think Muffins meant the \"typist with the BIG glasses, typing away furiously, pushing up his glasses\" - BigD's previous avatar.

Yeah. It was a smiley image of a devil doing computer work. BTW, the pic hasn’t changed for me… Actually, last time I could see a moving train, now I only see a setting, nothing moving inside the pic…

1. Goto this link:
http://www.freeonlinephotoeditor.com/
2. Click on BROWSE, choose BigD's new image for you (the one with the red text) somewhere on your pc. Click on UPLOAD.
3. Click on RESIZE.
4. When you see the size data, choose the longest measurement. I think for your pic should be width. Reduce that to 120, which is KSP's max setting.
5. Click on RESIZE again.
6. You should see your new image on the right.
7. Click on the image to save or click on SAVE.
8. The image may not move online. Goto where you saved it on your pc to view.
9. After you have uploaded it to KSP. Click on REFRESH or the button with two GREEN arrows (in IE).
10. Come into any forum thread and click on REFRESH again.
Good luck
