Hi All, I am lazy to read through every pages of this thread, only read the first page and am surprised that so many had actually gotten 10+ and above! Actually 5+ or 10+ is more than enough, those higher are usually meant for pple with some medical health problems. Also remember not to use metal spoon for the honey. A wooden or plastic one is fine.

Btw, need to check from those who still give vitamins to their kids besides the MH, do you give right after their breakfast which could mean only a 15min to 20min after taking their MH (because it is better to take MH on empty stomach), or do you have at least a 1hr in between or, either MH in the am and Vit at night?

      Appreciate your sharing. TIA.

Hi, I bought a umf16 manuka honey today to apply on my skin as it was badly scratched due to eczema. In my anxiety, I used a metal spoon before my maid told me that I should not do so. Does that mean that the honey had already lost it’s effectiveness in healing wounds? What about I use it as a drink for myself then?

I also tried looking for manuka honey cream but cannot find it It the major pharmacies. Any idea if I can this in Singapore? thanks

Manuka Honey can also be bought at NTUC and UMF grade means it has anti-bacterial property. For children, it is not recommended for below 2 year old. You can view http://eczemablues.com/2011/05/alternative-treatment-does-manuka-honey-help-with-eczema/for a little more info on Manuka Honey.

                      Sorry, I missed this.

Yes, I think not all outlets carry it as I also can't find at some outlets.
I have not try the one u mention so unable to compare. Since it doesn't have MGO100+, I think it's not active honey.
