Hi, can we enrol our kids under phase 2b if we stay more than 1km?

My boy is at K1 this year and I am considering Gongshang or Tampines pri school. Any advice on which is better? Also do we need to do volunteer for these 2 schools?

Newbie here... My son was born in 2011 and we live in block 417 tampines st 41. So is quite near to both gongshang and tamp north. So would like to seek some advices here.
1. Is gongshang or tamp north better?
2. Do we need to do PV for gongshang or tamp north?
3. If yes, when do we need to start doing PV?

I think gongshang is better. It is best to call up the school to ask if they have Pv scheme and when you can start.
