My son is 6 plus and he is the same. Sometimes he is good, others not. Just make it clear to her she has to finish her work. Somehow, we as parent need to make things interesting for them. Make them curious about learning. My son loves crossword puzzles but hate spelling. So, I create my own crossword puzzle and he in turn create one for me too.

RE: All About Kids' Eye-sight
Some damage done yet not enough nutrition to counteract the free radicals. I gave my son fresh carrot/apple/greens juice. You can try giving him Super Lutein too. Good to improve eyesight naturally

RE: All About Flu and Cough
It’s very common that kids catch cold. The symptoms are the bodies natural way to protecting us against viruses. I use natural home remedies. Both my sons 2 and 6 do not need any medications they will recover. All it requires is parents’ patience. Help your kids fight the cold, they will grow stronger every time. I’ve been trying since 2008 and now very confidence that they don’t need medication. Just remove the food that are mucous forming such as dairy products. Try natural home remedies, natural supplements help a lot and keep them warm. If they cough non-stop, rub vicks till warm then apply on chest, back and the sole of their feet for at least 5 seconds and wear socks. If dry cough then drinks take probiotics, yoghurt(make sure not too cold) and apple cider vinegar with raw honey. Take care of the little ones.

RE: Menstrual cramps in Primary school girl
PMS normally means hormonal imbalance. Did you suffer from constipation? It is usually toxin buildup and not enough nutrients. My helper use to have severe pain during her menses, I got her to do a 7 days cleansing using Herbal Klenz and just take easy to digest food such as fruits, yoghurt, vegetable soup. No starches or meat. After that she no longer feels pain and the menses just come without any symptom. Period in healthy girl should not be lumpy but clear blood. Ginger drinks is good. Supplements helps too. Take care.

RE: All About Kids' Eye-sight
I see kids at 4 already wear glasses, apparently there are external and internal factors. The damage is commonly done due to UV light and blue ray damage. That’s why we need sun glasses or a hat to protect our eyesight. Then the radiation from TV, computer, too much straining on eyes. So, eye exercises does help as the iris loss its flexibility. Study also shows that lutein and zeaxanthin are found abundance in our eyes area especially the macula area. So, eat your greens, carotenoid reach food such as carrots.
It means, damage are done but not enough nutrients to repair our eyes. Try super lutein, it helps especially for children the elderly who suffer from cataract, glaucoma, dry eyes. Hopes that help. -

RE: How to grow taller???
Take your green, make smoothies out of green. Take colostrum which contain growth factor IgG. That would help them grow. Carrot juice contain more calcium than milk, raw almond milk is another good choice too. Yogurt is best as it provides good bacteria, calcium and protein, easier on digestion. Don’t worry, when they reach their puberty, they will grow. Good luck!

RE: Milk Brand For BB
Try colostrum, they normally contain growth factor IgG that helps to improve appetite. I breastfeed exclusively till now, my son is already 27months. Definitely formula milk is not the option. Work on their diet instead. Most importantly give them "Natural" supplement that contain DHA/Omega 3 fatty acid. Good luck!

RE: Pacifier use
I removed my son’s pacifier at 2 when I needed to train him to sleep throughout the night. I think it is best to remove the pacifier earlier if not the baby will depend on it. That’s what happen to mine. He is not able to sleep throughout the night.
