RE: Pigmentation on face
I used to use home-ground wheat flour with a lil curd and a bit of lemon as a face pack. When it dries, steam your face for about 20 minutes and then wash it with cold water. All these ingredients act as a bleach. Also, I used to dry orange skin, powder it and add it to the mixture. To keep you skin healthy glowing remember what goes into your body shows. Drink lots of water and eat healthy food.

RE: How do you get a 4 year old to do homework?
Helping with homework gives the child the confidence that it has support. Doing the kid’s homework however spoils that confidence. Even if the parent “doesn’t know” the answer, being there to help with research and give ideas where to find the answer can give the child a boost it cannot get from anyone else and really strengthens the bond between parent and child.

HK is a very good place to visit. It is where the east meets west. HK is very famous for its tall buildings. Don’t worry if you can’t speak Cantonese, because English is widely spoken there. HK is a very modern city, and also safe. It has become a famous tourist destination so of course it’s tourist friendly.

RE: All About Pimples
I had bad acne growing up and I was able to get rid of it all fairly quickly. The solution is simple and if you really want clear skin you’ll do this simple work. Stop eating/drinking sugar and drink a lot of water. I’m not saying you need a sugar free diet but if you can stop eating candy or drinking sugary drinks, your skin will clear up in weeks. You will also notice improvement instantly and your acne will not get any worse after the first couple days. Drinking lots of water keeps your skin hydrated and if you want even faster results cut out deep fried foods.

RE: 13+ but still no period
She’s still at the age where it’s normal not to have started. My only prediction is anywhere from tomorrow to 3 more years, once she hit 16, if she still haven’t started it’s time to see a doctor.

RE: Cooking Oil - what do you use?
I think coconut oil is the best, but I use olive oil for now. Cocounut oil can get expensive, even the cheap brands.
