    • RE: All About Growing Old and Ageing

Sigh! Ageing... really a scary thing. I have lost my left hearing... right side slowly depleting, ringing sounds and due to that I having vertigo, there's one time the whole world is spinning. Bi bo bi bo to hospital i thought something bad things happen to me, god blessed it's vertigo, so went for MRI twice, nothing wrong with tumour or blockage or infection, after that TCM acupuncture for about half a years... not really helps, search on internet read some articles, can see that most of people who got it are old people. Recently, got friend introduced me anti-aging stem cells treatment, so trying it out.

Ok... I'm seriously looking for one that can force me to get the discipline to become fitter. Leaving it to myself usually means never doing it myself... sigh.

I'm thinking of yoga, or perhaps taichi. Any recommendations of the activity? And trainers? What do you all do to get and stay fit?

Get one dog and you gotta bring him go out poo poo twice a day! At the same time can jog with him or frisbee with him. So much fun! Man best friend. 😄

Ya, never come across my mind that I can just throw away the doormat, but isn't it troublesome to buy again?

In the past, I used to hv this mentality that I do everything for them so dh can concentrate in his job & ds spends more time in studies. But ds spends more time on social media instead, think I shld start to ask him to chg the bedsheet.

my ds is very fussy, he refuses to eat plain bread fr breakfast so I hv to buy different type of breads or pastries or cakes (for eg from Four Leaves, breadtalk, emicakes) everyday. I hv to give way considering he needs to eat well as he is going thru puberty.

slmkhoo, those food that u mentioned, instant noodles,etc....They hv never appear in my ds menu b4. He is served with fresh food everyday, including weekend. So far, I tink he probably took maggi mee once when we were overseas. Both my ds n dh hv had history of eczema, thus, I am very conscious abt their diets. I make sure he has fruits everyday too. Am I over pampered them?

Nightmare for me... ARRRRHHH Eczema! :yikes:
My sons suffer that since he start schooling... dirty and polluted environment. Hate it! My sons smooth skin became a rough skin  Visited many doctors but no helps at all. 🙏 A friend recommended me a skin care products and I'm glad that I try on him. Now he's no longer had that problem \"touch wood\" \"touch wood\" 😉
