kzone, so far I can see the difference in my oldest child and my friends’ kids. Spelling very easy for them, just glance a few times and they will get it, as they use photo memory. So far I don need to send my eldest child for tuition as I find she picks up concepts fast. Her teacher also says she is a fast learner. Many of her friends attend tuition but I dont see the need for her at least for now. I just spend a few hours a week to go thru some of her assessments and homework.


For my 2 younger kids, I can also see the difference in them, especially in their memory. Sometimes they tell me where I park even tho I insisted initially it is at another location -_-. I sent my daughter from young to Shichida then to Genius League. My 2 other kids are also currently in Genius League, not bad the programme pretty good, my kids like it

Australia is nice… went for farm stay about 2 hrs drive from perth city. my kids really loved it. Gold coast is also nice with all the worlds… NZ is nice too we went in campervan so v unique experience and really bonds us cos in a tight space haha

How do you self hire? Any tips? Currently with my indo maid but her contract ending soon.

Been with Genius League for close to 1 yr now. Sharing my feedback, and happy so far. Teachers are good Even though my son had to change teacher once, the new teacher is also very good. Flashcards are at a good speed, not overly fast and yet not to slow. To me the pace is just nice. So far I can see improvement in my son, his memory seems pretty advanced. Last time it is so hard for him to sit still.. But now he can focus pretty well and sit through the 70 min lesson unless he doesnt get enough sleep or starting to fall sick.. He can catch concepts fast too, like when I teach him something I can see he learns fast. They have a referral system, so you can get further discount if you are referred to by a friend. The referrer and referee will get some discounts.

Not easy to teach values… Sometimes after like reading a book, I will start to implement a few things like be more empathetic when some things get onto my nerves, calm down before I react, get her to see the other point of view. But then it will die down and i realize i start to behave like my mom again … the conditioning takes over. and then I would feel like a bad mom and worry my child will take after me haha…


v challenging… but i think must always have that awareness at the back of my head. and i think the discussions like these also help so i can remind myself the importance of setting a good eg, etc for my kids
