Of the 3, you have no chance at Rivervale Pri, so that's out.
Of the remaining 2, Compassvale Pri is likely to ballot for PR < 1km. You will have to monitor that you indeed have a chance to ballot, preferably register only on day 3 when most of the dust has settled. SengKang Pri no ballot - hence, that could be your contingency in Phase 2C if Compassvale Pri no chance for you, or Phase 2Cs if you are balloted out of Compassvale Pri.
