I have called up the secondary school, the admin staff is unable to provide me with an answer.

Anyone knows when can we start appealing, Dec 22 or Dec 23?
I think my boy may not get into his first choice though he met 2014 COP, it seems that most of the posts suggested that there will be an increase in COP for 2015.
