When kids are young. watch youtube video, do online research with them. Just let them try while you guide them.

install your PC @ living room/study room.

connect you notebook/pc to your current LCD/Plasma TV…

performance is better than S…TV…, because of faster CPU…

don’t need to get those high end model…

let them use your current PC/Notebook… Purchase a new unit for yourself… Primary school student don’t require high end system…


IE broswer (online research) , ms word and powerpoint

For GOV sch… windows based…

for sec sch, any notebook ~1k is ok…( word, excel, play DVD movie)

don’t buy netbook. or tablet.

if need to bring to school…
better get a unit with longer battery life, light.

if he play games, then don’t buy ~1k unit… get those >1.5K. using better graphic card.

if only use it @ home…
can consider get a desktop, not all-in-one unit. Install it @study room, can control his usage…
most kids might close/lock their room door when they are using notebook/PC.
