Vocab cloze is variety feel food (?) and expect šŸ˜‚

exactly the same for vocab answers.

for vocab cloze, my dd wrote cuisine instead of food.

What is the question for this vocab cloze question?[/quote]the underlined words is 'cuisine' and the options are (not in order):
      food
      snack
      beverage
      i forgot the last one

How was P2? Is it tough?

Nope.It was easy to me. :rahrah:
Grammar was very easy. Vocab was so-so. Compre cloze I only found 2 questions hard but the rest was easy. Compre was so-so, not too tough. Synthesis was sort of easy. The rest of the sections were very easy.
      Overall: Easy :boogie:

A fruit seller packed some oranges into 22 big carton boxes and 8 small carton boxes. There were 14 more oranges in a big carton box than in a small box. The ratio of number of oranges packed into big carton boxes to the number of oranges packed into small carton boxes was 3: 1. How many oranges did the fruit seller pack altogether.

      X is small carton

      22X + 22*14 : 8X. =. 3:1

      24X - 22X = 308

      X = 154, So big carton contain 168 each.

      Total packed is 22 * 168 plus 8 * 154 = 4928 oranges

      :thankyou:

Bungee jumping is an activity that involves jumping from a tall structure while connected to a strong elastic cord. What are the forces acting on the jumper during bungee jumping?

      A: Frictional force
      B: Magnetic force
      šŸ˜„ Gravitational force
      😧 Elastic spring force
      (1) A and C only
      (2) C and D
      (3) B, C & D
      (4) A, C & D
Is the ans (2) or (4)? Why?

Hi I would include A because drag force between air and the body of the jumper is a type of frictional force. It is also called air resistance.

      :thankyou:
