Ds string's teacher n piano teacher never really touch or teach sight read. As I know this hv to slowly pick up by experience learning more song so no way to teach!!

It is a misconception that good sight-reading skills cannot be taught and kind of acquired by just playing as many pieces as possible.

Good sight-reading skills is a combination of many factors such as:
1. Familiarity with various genres and styles.
2. Familiarity with various melodic and rhythmic patterns.
3. Working knowledge of keys/scales and chords.
4. Overall command of piano technique

Each factor can be addressed specifically by the teacher and there are teaching materials geared towards them.
