Assuming your child has the following advantage:
CCA: 2 (leadership role)
Higher Chinese: 2 (with grade c6 and above)
Affiliation: 2 (Chung Cheng High Yishun/Mountbatten)

Maximum is just 4.

Unless I am wrong, I believe it to be randomly allocated. My child has better PSLE results but was sent to a supposedly last class (by alphabet) when compared to her friend who has a lower tscore.
