May i know if there is any good feedback on Wellington Primary? Very new to north area and my kid will be going to pri 1 in 2021 was thinking if need PV at least i can start doing this year…thanks alot in advance!

My son is born in 2014 and will be in P1 in 2021. The thing is there is no sch within 1km from our residential area…can i check if 2C phase will they see address? If i do PV can i do 2 schools, since PV doesnt guarantee a place? What if 2C balloting we didnt get? Totally clueless on how these works.
