I rmbr I had to get contract notarised the ard contract provided by embassy years back & rushed over to lawyer to notarised contract. Do they do everything at the embassy now with their std contract? Pls share with other KSP here.

Hi, we do not need to pay anything for the employment contract.
Basically, when you arrive at the embassy, bring your helper's passport, work permit, employer NRIC to the reception counter at level 2. Inform the counter that you need to do employment contract. They will give you a form to fill in and a q number. Fill up the form and wait for your q number to be called. A lady will go through the form and talk to your helper before proceeding to the office for the official interview. The question that i was asked was about the salary and off days. After that, they will ask you to proceed to another room for your helper to take photo and they will issue the KPIS card on the spot. Wait for the stamped embassy contract and that's all.

If i have a embassy employment contract dated AUG 2016 and my helper work permit expiry is April 2020. Do you think she can do the kpis card by herself at the embassy?

Hi, I just made my helper KPIS card and the employment contract this week. Please check your employment contract validity period. It is point (a) of the contract whereby it will state a beginning date till ending date as stated in the Singapore work permit. If your employment contract is not valid anymore, you have to re-do the employment contract before proceeding to do KPIS card. Both employment contract and KPIS card are done in the same office at Level 2 of the embassy.

just a note, P1 & P2 for 2015 intake will still be afternoon session. There is a change in the school time. Currently the start time is 12.25 and end time is 6.25 pm. They have changed the start time to 12pm and end time to 6pm. The reason is to dismiss the pupils earlier for dinner and family time.

As for school based student care, there might be a student care but will not be operational in 2015. Due to space constraint, the needy pupils on MOE financial assistance scheme will be given priority
