Is $45/hr considered expensive for a P5 Maths?
Tuitor had 5 years of experience, NTU grad in Bachelor of Science with honours (major in Mathematics & Economics). She was highly recommended by the tuition agency. She used Ensponge teaching.

I think $45/hr for P5 maths is super ex regardless of tutor's qualifications and experience. $45/hr shld be Upper Sec rate. Tuition agency will highly recommend becos they earn higher commission.

Is your child very weak in Maths? If not really, don't think u need to find a ex tutor. Ex tutors may not necessarily produce results. It will depends on whether both student n tutor can click together n work well.

My gal's Maths is really weak. This tutor is not even an ex tutor..Now I better think twice about my selection then.

This tutor is currently a partimer, would be converting to full time tutor in June.

Understand from another tuition agency that the market rate have increase to $40 onward for a full time tutor.
