Hi Isetan
Sorry for the late reply. If recall correctly, it was 7 subjects.
isetan:Dear cloudburst,
Just check how many subjects your DD is taking in sec 1 and 2? Can recall?

Hi parents,
My daughter is graduating tomorrow from this wonderful school. I have some of the school's coloured ring binders to give away. Some are relatively new while others just need a simple wipe down.

Please pm me if anyone wants them, thanks
Thank you so much for the welcome, as much as i love the advice here, I hope to contribute in any way i can as well.
Hi Shurley, like one mum said here, try evening primrose. It's not an immediate solution to the pain but after about a month or so, she will feel much better. You can start with 1000mg in the morning with food and another 1000mg at dinner time. Always get good cold pressed quality.
As evening primrose is a fat soluble supplement, it works better with food.
In the meantime, gently massage her tummy with lavender massage oil to relax the muscles which in turn, may ease the cramping
shurley197323:Hi, mummies. My P5 DD just had her 1st Menstrual yesterday !! What can I do to reduce her cramps ? I used to take painkillers myself but I think she is too young to take my kind of painkiller . Do anyone has any kind of treatment, pls help....
I know this sounds odd but would you know if your flabby tummy is due to the loose skin or poor muscle tone? You can definitely tighten a flabby tummy with stomach exercises but if the skin is loose and that's causing the flab then you might want to try some self massage with lots of lifting steps. A tightening and lifting product used with the massage with give you better results.
As a mum who has been doing slimming massage for my customers for many years, i've seen alot of tummies with all sorts of problems but exercise is still a must for toned muscles
Massage really helps with the lifting and tightening of the skin
I have some massage steps i use on myself which i can share here but not sure if i can scan it and post it as an image here, will try!
