    • RE: Cut Off Point Reporting for 2015 Secondary 1 Posting

      Hi,

My girl scored 253+2. Our list tentatively looks like this:

      1. Dunman High (256)
      2. Cedar Girls IP (251)
      3. MGS O levels (252)
      4. SCGS IP (252)
      5. Temasek JC (252)
      6. Anglican High (243)

We live in the East. It is my dream for her to go to MGS, but MGS IB COP is 256, so I put O level track instead. Does this make sense? Pls give me some comments. Thank you!!!

    • RE: Where are psle papers kept?

      Kpjclan:
Personally, I just find it a pity that the kids don't get a chance to know where they went wrong, what mistakes they made or how well they wrote a compo etc... so in the end PSLE is really just a grading process, not really a learning process... plus, they never get to question why certain answers are accepted and while some are not!

Sorry if I am a little :offtopic: 😉
I feel the same way too, Kpjclan! It would be great for the children to get their scripts back and see what they did right/wrong and what their raw scores for each component are.

Is there any student care services provided by the school or any nearby places? Please share if you know about it. Thanks!

      Hi,

Starting next year, when the school moves back to the Tampines site, there will be a Student Care Centre located within the school compound. This centre can accommodate about 50 students. You can refer to school website for more information.
