17 applicants has applied for 16 vacancies in Wellington Pri for Phase 2Cs. Balloting is required.

I have called up the school yesterday. All accepted for 1km :roll: . Except for the one which fall between 1-2km, may not be successful.

Did you call the school to check on the distance category of those who already applied? As long as the oversubscription, if any, is not too much, you may not need to go through balloting.
