Drink a lots of water, eat fresh vegetables and watch what you eat i know you have probably heard this a trillion times but it really is the best way to loose weight.I miss my junk food too much. I recommend, treating yourself 1 times a week to something you really like to stop you becoming bored of your diet.

For stamina you should also start, endurance exercises. Start running, for 35 minutes at a stretch. Even jogging would do given you don’t stop. So weight, start including a lot of protein in your diet. Taking fat, and burning it with running won’t help but protein would help you build body muscles.
