Base on history, since you stay within 1KM from HIPS, you should be invovled in the balloting. For HPS, you dun even get to put your name into the draw (history says every year ballot for <1Km), you are too far.

I am old boy of XMPS (meaning I can register my girl in 2A2, next week and 100% get in). CHIJ is 500m away from our home (base on past years, no ballot at 2C for within 1KM). Can anybody advice which school is better in terms of PSLE, CCA etc
