      Hi doraemon

Do you stay near the school? Your girls take school bus to school?
      Hi kvk
I don't stay near the school. We are staying in the west and both girls take the school bus to school.

I have 2 gals in st Margaret and so far not heard of any lesbian cases. St.Margarets offers a good pastoral environment, smaller school, not one of the top academically but therefore less pressured and the classes help to promote girls’ confidence and self-esteem.

If you are looking for a good mission school. By "good" I mean a balanced education and character development, not just academic grades.

Hi everyone, does anyone have any recommendation for Christian child care centres in the west? I am staying in Bt Panjang but willing to travel in the west area since my wife is working in Tiong Bahru and I am in Tuas. My daughter is going to be 18 months soon and we wish to source for child care center for her.

      Thanks!

I would like to transfer her to a girls school in order to secure 10 yrs of education...Ive been asking around about St margarets. I hear both good and not so good comments. Is there anyone who can shine some light about the school? My girl isnt academically strong. thats the main reason why I need to secure the secondary school as well

      Hi

Anyone staying in Sengkang and sent DD to St Margaret's Primary?

      Your DD take School Bus?
Does the journey tired down your DD?

Planning to enroll my DD for P1 in 2012.

      Regards
My dd, p3 this year, has a classmate staying in Sengkang and is taking the school bus to school. It's a mini bus and journey not that long, not to worry.

My P2 daughter got a form for extra bus service (later dismissal at 4.30). Is it necessary to sign up for this, particularly since there'll be swimming?

      Hi jacsplace
My P3 girl also got a form for extra bus service. We signed up as she will start her basic Malay course (free for all P3) next month and CCA soon.
For PTA, I remembered we attended a maths workshop arranged by them in 2009. The PTA also help to organized the SMPS Green Dots Fiesta cum Family Day last year.

      hi ,

Anyone able to help me with the correct method of solving:

Richard and Andrew had the same amount of money each.

When Richard spent $147, Andrew had 4 times as much money as what Richard had left.

How much did Richard have at first?

Thanks so much in advance . 😄

      can use model.
      At first:
      R[][][][]
      A[][][][]

      After spending $147
      R[]
      A[][][][]

      ie 3U = 147
      1U = 147 / 3 = 49
At first, Richard has as much as Andrew ie 4U ie 4 x 49 = $196
or Richard at first = $49+$147=$196

This is my first attempt in this thread. 🙂

      Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
