    • RE: The nature of forgiveness

Forgiveness is the acceptance of an apology. Even the mistake and damage done to you by a person was really deep and big you’ll be open minded and try to realize the main reason why he/she did that. You will not be bias or self centered. You will lend him/her ears and listen to his/her point or reason based on the situation. You’ll put yourself in his/her situation in order for you to understand and forgive him/her. You’ll analyze the reason and if you think the reason is realistic, genuine, credible thats the time you can forgive someone.

    • RE: Indigestion / Constipation / Bloating

The simple answer to is…water! This constant bloating, aching feeling is caused by severe dehydration. You might not even notice that you are thirsty, but that pain your body is exhibiting is telling you just that. That’s one of the causes of obesity, is the lack of water in people’s diet. Because sometimes when you feel hungry, your body is actually thirsty, and so people eat instead of drink! There are so many syndromes out there that are the result of the simple lack of water. So drink plenty of water, everyday, all day, make it part of your lifestyle. The effect is instantaneous and soon enough this pain will be a thing of the past

Dominos and draughts are usually a good activity to fill their time as a lot of the elderly would have played this during their spare time themselves.

    • RE: Salt Lamp

I have one of these lamps and I love it so much. Himalayan sea salt lamps release negatively charged ions when they are turned on. These ions can make you feel better.

    • RE: What's the purpose of Life?

I think where here because we chosen to be here, where exploring all that life as to offer in all it’s forms, where learning and choosing from all the possibilities the kind of life we want to live, maybe in the next life we will choose to live how we want too.
