Any parents willing to share if phase 2B fail and didn’t get to the sch in 2C. Do we have to really take the sch that was allocated to? Any chance for re appeal?

But once I moved address it will be changed to other constituency will I still be able to continue serving my previous RC/NC or I should be transferred to the new constituency based on my new address where my EM status got to restart being an observer? As such, can the letter be coming from my previous RC/NC to apply to the school near my new address?

Jus checking if I served Marine Parade GrC under joo Chiat constituency after becoming EM, I move to other constituency within the same grc. So before phrase 2B registration can my letter be written from Joo Chiat constituency? Am I also allowed to transfer my service from one constituency to another under the same grc?
