Like to ask 1 question - what are the reasons you have chosen rgps over other popular girls sch along the bukit timah belt?

There must be good reasons so I hope some of you could share so that it helps in our decision making too. Given the fact that it is probably the only girls school along this belt that has no affiliation…thank u in advance!

Hi, I am pretty new to this forum - I hope someone is kind enough to help me with my queries and I can take it from here.


1. How do we go about participating in a neighbourhood committee or any other committees that allow for non-residents to serve?

2. In order for Phase 2B scheme - do we need to serve in the constituency we reside in or are we allowed to serve in other constituency which the school is located in instead? say for instance, my residence is under the Tanjong Pagar GRC and the school I am keen in is located under the Moulmein-Kallang GRC. What are my options pls? Other than NC - am I allowed to serve in other clubs where they will accept non-residents within the GRC?

3. I have always been serving in church volunteer services and therefore would look towards having long-term continuity in the area I serve within the community.

Would appreciate if someone experienced can share with me further details before I approach PA.

yes thanks. i fixed an appointment to see the centre next wk then i can perhaps pay on the spot if we are keen. did you go school searching before you decided on chiltern?

Hi Eureka29, when did you receive news of the confirmation? am trying to find out how much time I have before I have to confirm and make a payment...Chiltern EC is a nice place. my daughter attends the playclub there every saturday.

however, we are moving place so for N1 next year, she has been accepted by Chiltern TC instead. I have not been to that centre before so would like to do a sch tour next week before I confirm.

Would like to check on sjck’s waitlist. I am on the waitlist (last count yesterday was 113) for pnpg 2013, would anyone know what the chances are like?
Look forward to experienced parents who have been through my path of being on such a long waitlist in sharing some info, updates to the chances.
