      Hi jtoh,

Heard that the drop out rate for third language is high. My DD has indicated that she wanted to take up German. Can we opt out on 20th Dec? And how to go about doing it?

      Thank you.

On 20th Dec you'll be given a note to let you know whether you're successful at getting your 3rd lang of choice. If yes, you'll be given instructions to report to MOELC on a certain date to register. I suppose if you're not interested at that point in time, just call MOELC and ask them for the procedures involved to withdraw.

      Thank you.

    • RE: PSLE 2012 - Results Discussion

      Hi all,

Most only notice the the top list in Nyps. But I witness my neighbor’s child who was posted to a neighborhood sec school last year. Both the child n mother were depressed. They distance themselves from neighbors nowadays.

My niece’s schoolmate at scgs, also come from Nyps. For three years, this girl never brief a word of where she came from. Finally, at the end of sec3, my niece discovered that she is a geppers from Nyps. Till now, this girl still feel depressed…sad right.

      Hi all,

Just to share my view. Know of a friend’s daughter who was there at TWP from P1 to p6. Her written composition was only ‘so so’. My niece who was rejected by TWP when she seek admission during P3, went on to other enrichment centre. From there on, my niece top her composition every year in school (same school as my friend’s dd) and high distinction in UNSW. The demand at TWP seems high because there are only three teachers teaching P1 to P6.
