Would like to find out the following:

1. Can uncook bird's nest be consumed after expiry date stated on its packaging?!

2. Can you consume old/expired ginseng, cordyceps and honey liquid tonic in a bottle?!

3. Is it safe to consume expired bottled chicken essence that is still sealed and unopened?!

Appreciate any advice before I throw all of the above away
