Hihi! Newbie reporting here. My no.1 taking psle in 2021, being first timer, dunno what to expect. Hope to learn from all the gurus here and walk this dreaded route together. I don’t like to be the guinea pig year

My P1 gal teacher just feedback to me that my gal tends to daydream in class. I also observed that she has very short attention span and loses focus on a task very fast. She tends to be impatient and get frustrated easily when encountered difficult tasks.


When i ask my gal about her daydreaming in class, she says the things teacher teaches are too simple for her and she already knows all. Since preschool, teachers have feedback to me that she does learn things fast. So I guess she is of the higher than average learner. Generally, her test results and spellings are ok except for 1 or 2 careless mistakes.

What can or should I do in this case?

Hi playnpray, thk u for your sharing. I've been actively looking for a gd kindergarten instead of cc for my boy but to no avail. Thus, if sjck is gd.. i dun mind the distance & hassles.

May i know what's the school hours like & which campus is your child in? Btw, is there an open house day recently?

I heard dayspring kindy at punggol is not bad. Did you check it out? For a young child, long daily mis generally not advisable. Just sharing only.

I am also scared of pressure cooker
