DS has 255+3 (irrelevant for non SAP i know). we have in mind, ACSI or VS & possibly CHS as a 3rd option (which we think should be able to get in should option 1 & 2 fail) or TJC.

Given this year high T-scores, is it also possible that we might not meet ACSI cutoff & hence nothing to really deliberate on.

For now location is about the same distance for both, save CHS advantage is that its quite near a MRT & hence convenient.
DS is neutral to both either IB or A levels. OK, I think he's clueless šŸ™‚ though we have explained to him.

Can anyone pls share your thoughts what would you opt for in this instance? I have read through the extensive threads on IB vs A levels, but I think at the end of the day, we are still thinking which school is a better fit and the pros / cons of both. Anyone considering ACSI in this score range too , or its only a 50/50 chance ? Welcome all views. TIA.

U can also consider NJC, SJI, Dunman High and River Valley too ...

      Dont ignore proximity ...
definitely not ignoring.. also taking into consideration the distance needed.....RV & DHS is out as he is not keen after open house . NJC COP is also relatively high like ACSI & there is a bigger pool of applicants (co-ed)
SJI will be one of our choices too. still thinking .. from what we can read, it is most likely the COP will be raised significantly and this means we need to moderate our expectations now. the COP in the booklet looks to be under-stated for 2016 intake.
