RE: Learning cycling
tankee:
we bought DS a 2-wheeler kick scooter. He played with it for a few weeks, each time we encouraged him to try to stay on the scooter longer with each kick.
then we bought him a normal bike. He just peddled away
Wow. He is talented

RE: What time your maid comes home on off day?
Tamama:
For me I didn't put much attention on this. On day one we went thro the house rule together. I mentioned the curfew time to her. I told her she could go out when it is dawning. And back before 9pm. I never know what time she is out in the morning, cos I am still sleeping. I noticed sometimes she may be a bit late in coming back. But I think it's ok cos it is not like an hour late or what. After she is back she will walk my dog one more time and go to bed. I think off day is her time. I do not want to let her feel the pressure. So I prefer not to intervene. And no need.
You are a good employer and set a good example.
