Hi, my ds is in JH2 and I'm wondering why I haven't seen his result slips since the beginning of the year. Last year, he brought back result slips almost every quarter.


I'm wondering if parents of otehr JH2 kids are seeing the same?

If I am not wrong, they will get result slip thrice during JH1 and twice during JH2.

Not yet. Do not know whether she has any books to read. Book list was given to them only on Friday. Just started with math HW.

My child is in JH2 this year. Initially the class banding is not based on the psle score. There were 5 children from the same primary school and all were put in different classes.

A-Math is more in depth and not olympiad style.

Boarding fees are getting more and more expensive . From 200 plus to 600 plus ..wow ! What a drastic increase !

How many weeks do they board this year?.

a. when must the year 1 choose their CCA?

b. CAFE is ongoing throughout whole of year 1?

a. you need to choose the CCA at the end of the year (somewhere during 3rd week of Oct)
b. Yes. You will select one each during term1 (Jan- Mar), term2(Mar - May) and term3 &4 (Jun - Oct).

The letter says Nov 4. (for JH1).

#2 - Is sorting done at the end of every year ?.

Would like to enquire abt the ffg.


1. At the end of JH1, only math, LA and MT are banded. Is it right ?.

2. Is the end of year banding(JH1) for math is final or do they band next year also?.

3. What is the percentage of marks for term1,2,3 and 4 be used for calculation ?.
