I think it is for the best reason to do so.


Those who registered but fail to get a place in phase 2C in Kheng Cheng are likely end up with sch at FTPP, Cedar or Marymount at phace 2C supp.

But apparently at phace 2C supp, with limited choice and vacancy, PR still needs to que behind SC. It may cause them end up to study outside Toa Payoh area at phase 3.

So if inform and advise the parent (SC or PR) who have no chance at all at phace 2C to withdraw earlier, they can activate their plan B wisely.

By 4pm, 253 registered. Actually more than that, coz PR staying outside 1km from Kheng Cheng were advised to withdraw by the sch. No chance for them. The rest of 15 PR who staying within 1km are going to ballot for 2 vacancies. But it is most likely all will need to withdraw if 2 more SC register anytime from 4pm today. If more than 2 SC register, then balloting is going to conduct among SC.

By 11am today... hot in demand, Kheng Cheng School.


Registered 210. Left 30 vacancy only. Again, unlikely to have phase 2c supp this year.

Ya... if end up 1st TPY or Guangyang... really a bit sian half... but then again.... all schs are the same.... DUH....

If end up at 1st tpy or guangyang, waste so much time and efford! Really sad for these parents who do PV at peichun.

P1 pupils will be in the afternoon session in 2011.

Wow! There are only left 28 vacancies at kheng cheng. These 50% of unsuccessful parents, probably 50% of them will have to choose first toa payoh or guang yang later if unable to get into kheng cheng at 2c sup!

I am staying within 1km from both school. Shd I try my luck at peichun then worse to worse register at 2c supp at kheng cheng if unable to get peichun? :xedfingers:

If you are sure Kheng Cheng has places left at Phase 2C Supp, then go ahead with your plan. Have a few standby...

\"Looks\" like kheng cheng will have balance for 2c supp. But not sure. Monitoring....
